The Swiss umbrella organization SAVOIRSOCIAL sets national standards for training and qualifications in social services. It also supports its member organizations by providing marketing materials. Target audiences range from schoolchildren selecting apprenticeships to experienced professionals aiming to gain additional qualifications.
To begin, Adrienne Pearson conducted several workshops with SAVOIRSOCIAL to define key messages, user benefits, and touchpoints. We then developed a flexible visual identity revolving around key attributes of social service professions such as contact and engagement with others, and diverse and meaningful daily tasks.
